The accuracy of our toolmakers square edge PL 3-SET is still setting the
industry standard. The standard set includes the complete body and 1
blade PM 530S (50 mm). The plastic storage case facilitates safekeeping
of all optional accessories, including the 100 mm long blades.
The standard set of the toolmakers square edge PL 4-SET includes the
complete body with 1 blade PM 660 (80 mm). With a wooden case for
storage.

The carbide blades, or sliding knives, of our PM-series are manufactured
to the highest production standards in order to achieve constant and
reliable quality. Available in a wide range of sizes, lengths and tipgeometries, they will meet your expectations.
Our new control square CS 5050 is our new calibrating tool to set the
angle of your toolmakers square edge to either feed or choke in a
controlled way.
Our control pins are made of a hardened tool steel (60 +/- 2 HRc) and
according to DIN 6325 in tolerance m6. The pins have a ground side
surface for ventilation of the pins, making them stronger than those with
a hole through the pin.
Having established an intense co-operation with Webster we now sell
the new testers (model B), store all the spare parts and offer repair and
re-calibration for used parts as well.

The small but effective corner radius of our new series SAR type carbide
burrs ensures a smooth first contact of the burr onto the die, avoiding the
burr to ”bite” into the material and uncontrollably running off causing a
damaged die. The SAR-type burrs are available in cut 6 or cut 8.
Our STV and STTV line t-slot cutters are manufactured from one piece of
solid carbide material. This is unique in the market and provides a 100%
accuracy (run out) and a safer tool because there is no brazing that could
break loose due to excessive heat from the cutting process.
The SBX-line provides carbide rotary burrs with end-cut (on the head)
only. There is no peripheral fluting that might damage any sides of your
work piece. The SBX-line is perfect for plunging minor corrections.
We have standard ø3 mm correction burrs in standard cut 6 but also in
cut 8. This finer fluting results in a better surface quality, longer tool
life and better operator control due to less vibration and the same chip
removal rate as the standard double cut.

This is a standard needle file, flat type, plated on one side. The ground
sides of the file ensure that no diamond is “hanging over” the edges
causing damage to the sides of your work piece or premature chipping of
the diamond plating.
This is a standard barrette type file which has been ground to its final
shape prior to the plating process.
NFR 2132TRT/D107 This is a standard triangular file where the tip was ground prior to the
diamond plating. Many die-correctors make tools like this themselves on

a grinding wheel. But due to excessive heat, the adhesion of the diamond
plating is corrupted causing premature chipping of the diamond.

This is a barrette style escapement file. The blank of this file has been
ground to its final shape prior to the diamond plating process.
We carry a wide range of diamond grinding pins in many diameters,
lengths and grit sizes.
This tapered grinding pin is a favourite tool for many die-correctors. It’s a
small tipped tool which is very strong and stable due to its tapered shape.
