How to get to
Zagarolo is a medieval hilltown, surrounded by green valleys, just 22 miles far from Rome.
The "Tramando.. Tessendo" event opens to the public the beautiful frescoed rooms of Palazzo
Rospigliosi, which was the residence of some of the most powerful families of the Roman
aristocracy and, among its many noteworthy guest, of Caravaggio.

By car A1 Highway - Exit San Cesareo, direction Zagarolo A24 Highway - Tivoli Exit ,
direction Zagarolo.
By train Trains to Zagarolo, on the line Rome-Cassino, depart every 20 minutes from Roma
Termin Train Station.
The trip takes approximately 25 minutes.
From Zagarolo Train Station to Rospigliosi Palace Shuttle buses (line number 1 - 1€ tickets)
depart from Zagarolo train station.
The trip
takes about 10 minutes.
There is no shuttle bus service on Sundays.
The shuttle buses are in coincidence with the arrival of trains departing from Roma Termini at
the following hours:

From Rospigliosi Palace to Zagarolo's train Station
Shuttle buses (line number 1 - 1€ tickets) get to the train station in about 10 minutes. There
is no shuttle bus service on Sundays.
