ANALYSE Aksjemarkedet i dag 1 April 2015 KORT DAG, AVVENTENDE OLJEPRIS, US ARBEIDSMARKED - SBO & VOLV Investorene i det amerikanske aksjemarkedet benyttet gårsdagen til å stålsette seg for både ukens arbeidsmarkedstall, de kommende kvartalsrapportene og en første renteoppjustering ved sentralbankens møte i juni. Dermed endte Dow i går ned 1.1%, S&P500 stengte ned 0.9% og Nasdaq sluttet ned 0.9%. Volumet på de tre hovedindeksene kom inn på 85-99% av gjennomsnittet for de siste tre måneder. I Asia stiger de kinesiske indeksene etter at innkjøpssjefsindeksen for industrien i morgentimene i dag har kommet inn over forventningene. Hang Seng er i øyeblikket opp 0.6%. Utviklingen i Japan peker i motsatt retning etter at Tankan-rapporten lagt frem ved inngangen til Q2 signaliserer lavere vekst i investeringene fremover. Nikkei stenger dermed ned 0.9%. Før det norske markedet tar endelig påskeferie i formiddag får vi en lang rekke av innkjøpssjefsindekser fra Europa, inkludert de norske og svenske oppdateringene. Etter stengetid kommer så ISM indeksen for amerikansk industri, samt ukens første runde med amerikanske arbeidsmarkedstall, veksten i privat sysselsetting. Innen de nordiske markedene åpner igjen over påskehelgen kommer også de amerikanske sysselsettingstallene for mars. I oljemarkedet endte WTI-prisen i går ned USD 1.09 pr fat til USD 47.43 pr fat. Prisen ligger i morgentimene i dag på USD 47.39 pr fat. Brent åpner på USD 54.96 pr fat, ned USD 0.68 pr fat i forhold til nivået ved stengetid i det norske markedet i går. Det kommer noe blandete signaler vedrørende graden av enighet i forhandlingene om det iranske atomprogrammet, men det er ventet en avklaring fra partene i løpet av dagen. I forbindelse med de amerikanske lagerbeholdningene er det ventet en økning i råoljelagrene på 4.2 mill fat. Selvaag Bolig melder i dag at de solgte 308 boliger i løpet av årets første kvartal. Dette var over våre forventninger på 250 boligenheter. Antall igangsatte boliger i samme periode var på 284 enheter og dermed lavere enn estimatet på 344 enheter. Tallene her er på grunnlag av forskyvninger i byggestarter volatile. Både antall ferdigstilte og antall overleverte boliger var helt på linje med våre estimater. Vi har en kjøpsanbefaling på Selvaag Bolig med et kursmål på NOK 35 pr aksje. Volvo har gjennom halvåret siden inngangen av oktober i fjor steget med rundt 35% og vi begynner etter hvert å få utfordringer med å se betydelig ytterligere potensial. På den positive siden vil kostnadstiltak og en gunstig valutakursutvikling fortsatt kunne bidra til å holde inntjeningen oppe. Vi er imidlertid i stigende grad bekymret for at kombinasjonen av mindre attraktive offentlige finansieringsløsninger, høyt investeringsnivå blant lastebileierne mot slutten av 2014 og en generell svekkelse i økonomien vil gi et fall i det brasilianske markedet inn i 2015. Virksomheten i Brasil har historisk sett gitt en solid inntjening og en svakere utvikling her vil legge press på den samlede marginen. Innenfor VCE (maskiner for anlegg) kunne salget fra øvrige regioner ikke kompensere for en volumreduksjon i Kina for Q4. Denne delen av virksomheten opplever også motvind som følge av en styrket koreansk Won. Vi flytter fokus fra estimatene for 2015 til estimatene for 2016 og oppjusterer kursmålet fra SEK 105 til SEK 110 pr aksje. Samtidig tar vi anbefalingen ned fra Kjøp til Hold.
