Refer to schedule on construction cost (previous slide) as a
guide. Construction cost may change without notice.
Example
If you choose land of 10,000 sq ft and bungalow design Type Canary 1
the cost of your bungalow is RM 300,000 + RM 364,000 + RM 29,120
(project and construction management fee) = RM 693,120
