about 25 years in the
wild and about 30 in a

Giraffes can grow
up to 17 feet tall
and weigh as much
as 3,000 pounds.
The male giraffes
called Bulls are
actually larger than
the females called
Cows.

They eat large Acacia leaves.

tops of trees and
to spot enemies.

Giraffes are the tallest land
