Conclusions
Concern over demographics, incomes & job growth
Still a large gap between used & new home prices
Housing inventory levels are low
New lot development beginning to occur again
Prices continue their upward trend
More builders getting into the fray (much needed)
More subdivisions beginning to show signs of life
Maybe we just need be happier…
