Vi har nu nöjet att kunna presentera en helt ny lösning gällande en universell gummiupphängning speciellt anpassat till avgassystem. Anledningen till att vi påbörjade ett projekt som detta var helt enkelt den flora av olika upphängningar som förekommer på dagens marknad. Utseendet
varierar men principen är den samma. Problemet för både Oem och andra är att antalet olika typer av upphängningar har ökat kraftigt samtidigt
som volymen av varje enskild typ har minskat drastiskt. Naturligtvis innebär detta att upphängningarna inte längre lagerföres i den omfattning som
gjordes förr samtidigt som kostnaden för att tillverka varje enskild upphängning har ökat markant.
Visionen för detta arbete har hela tiden varit att kunna uppfylla åtta (8) viktiga kriterier, se nedan:

Skall tillverkas i >EPDM<.
Hårdhet: 60°-70°ShA.
Gummiupphängningen skall kunna vara så anpassningsbar att den kan användas till olika bilmärken och modeller.
Skall kunna monteras på runda och ovala stag enligt den profil som visas ovan.
Gummit skall vara anpassad för Nordiska vägförhållanden vilket innebär grusvägar, stora temperaturskillnader och vägsalt.
Skall kunna produceras i olika tjocklekar. (15, 20, 25, 30, 35 och 40 mm.)
Skall kunna erbjudas med en säkerhetsplåt, se bild: B. Detta för att klara extrema genomslag, tyngre sportsystem samt också
fungera som ett ”säkerhetsbälte” och på så vis förhindra avgassystemet att falla till marken om en olycka skulle inträffa.

För att veta vilken upphängning man skall kunna använda tar man enklast måttet från ovansidan på det stag som är monterat i chassit till
motsvarande underkant på det stag som är fäst i avgasröret/dämparen. Detta mått skall då motsvara någon av de universala upphängningar som
finns att tillgå. Detta exempel visar vilket mått som gäller just i detta fall (53.0 mm.), Se bild:A ! Viktigt! Ett normalt c-c mått går inte att
använda eftersom detta c-c mått beror helt på stagets form och diameter!
We now have the pleasure to introduce an entirely new solution regarding a universal rubber suspension which is designed specifically for
exhaust systems. The reason we started a project like this was simply the variety of different suspensions that you can find in today's market.
The appearance will vary but the principle is the same. The problem for the market, both OEM and others, is that the number of different types of
suspensions has increased sharply while the volumes of each type have declined dramatically. Of course, this means that the suspension is no
longer stocked in the scale as before, while the cost to manufacture each suspension has increased significantly.
The vision for this work has always been the fulfillment of eight (8) different criteria, see below:

To be manufactured in >EPDM<.
Hardness: 60°-70°ShA.
Rubber suspension must be adaptable so that it can be used on various cars and models.
Must be able to be mounted on round and oval rods in accordance to the profiles shown above.
Rubber shall correspond to the Nordic road conditions with unpaved roads, major fluctuations in temperature and road salt.
Must be easy to produce in various thicknesses. (15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm.)
Be able to provide the suspension with a safety bracket, picture: B. This is to withstand extreme impact, heavier sport
system and also act as a "safety belt", preventing the exhaust system to fall to the ground if an accident occur.
Must be easy to use together with our universal repair hangers.

The simplest way to check which suspension you can use is to take the measurement from the top of the rod, which is mounted into the chassis,
to the corresponding lower edge of the rod that is attached onto the exhaust pipe/muffler. This measurement should correspond to one of the
universal mountings available. This example, see picture: A, shows the dimensions that apply in this particular case (53.0 mm.). Important! A
