Depository fees (custody of foreign securities)

Custody fee, foreign securities, 1.5 b.p.p.a / 0.00375% per quarter, min. NOK 125.00
Calculated on the market value of the holding converted to NOK. Quarterly invoicing.
Annual fee for VPS (Norwegian Central Securities Depository) account
The fee is calculated on the basis of aggregate market value in excess of NOK 100,000 per VPS account, based on the value as of 31 December.
All fees are calculated per NOK million or portion thereof. Annual fees are invoiced in arrears.
Invoices will be issued in the first quarter of the following year.
