In General… the more advanced the hospital’s EMR capabilities…
the more likely the hospital is to have better risk-adjusted
mortality rates when treating conditions like Heart Attack, Heart
Failure, Stroke, several types of GI surgeries, Pneumonia, Sepsis
and Respiratory failure.
