HP PurchasEdge Program Overview
Program Description and Qualification
•Enterprise, Public Sector, Small and Micro Businesses can earn points toward free HP products and
services when they buy qualifying HP Supplies from a participating office-product supplier
•Members are a US or Canadian business who spends at least $500 annually in printing supplies
•Members earn 1 point for every $4 spent on qualifying supplies, and receive 150 points upon log in
to the site. All points expire after they are 2 years of age.
•Members can help the environment and also earn points by returning used HP toner and inkjet
cartridges via HP Planet Partners
•Members redeem points for over 275 HP products
•Members receive quarterly account statements and special promotions by e-mail

When do you call?
PE Member Support line
The PurchasEdge member support team is available to
answer questions or assist program members with their
accounts. Their responsibilities include updating member
account information, adding new company contacts to
existing accounts, assisting members with product
redemptions and returns, linking members with their HP

PurchasEdge Privacy
The PurchasEdge program is entirely channel-neutral, and will not supply personally identifying information (PII) for
PurchasEdge members to any competing channel. “Any competing channel” includes HP SMB, HP Home & Home Office
Store. PII from one reseller is not given to any other reseller. A reseller could obtain customer names from other
resources such as phone books, but not from the PurchasEdge program.
HP PurchasEdge requires members to provide a valid work e-mail address in order to send quarterly e-statements.
These statements include information about the member's account and the total number of points that member has
earned and redeemed.
All member information submitted as part of the PurchasEdge program will be used in accordance with HP's privacy
statement as posted on the PurchasEdge and HP websites: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/eng/privacy.html.
All PurchasEdge member information is hosted and managed by a channel-neutral third party. Free HP product
orders are fulfilled by a third party, not the HP Direct channel organization.

Q: How do invoices get submitted?
A: Your company must have a representative with administrative privileges on
the PurchasEdge system. This representative should regularly compile, format
and upload the invoice data for all the PurchasEdge members who shop with
your company.
Q: When are invoices submitted?
A: Invoices must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date. We
recommend your company have a regular submission schedule, such as
weekly or monthly.
