Where does it historically end?
 As an example, the Uwharrie Landfill:
 Has a daily permit for 3000 tons/day (on an annualized
basis of 365 days)
 Receives, on average, 2400 tons per day
 Resulting in a life expectancy of 27 years
 At the ECE (aka Bertie County) Landfill:
 The daily permit is 1600 tons/day (annualized)
 With an average of 1300 tons/day
 And a life expectancy of 25 years

rubber, facility blend, and other waste products to an
energy-generating facility.

shipped just over 2,625 tons, an increase of over 600%
for the same time period vs last year.
