the community
Unit descriptor
This unit develops the skills and knowledge to engage with a range of
everyday and less familiar paper based and digital text types, of limited
complexity, to participate in the community. It provides the learner with
the skills and knowledge necessary to read, interpret and evaluate
everyday texts of limited complexity for community purposes.
