In order to achieve our standards we shall:

health, safety, environment and quality.
We are committed in the order of priority
to protect:
Health and safety of personnel
Maintain a strong, visible and supportive
management involvement in all HSE matters.
Maintain a culture in which each person
is clearly aware of his or her own responsibility
in HSE matters, and acts in accordance with
our Golden Rules.
The environment
Our production facilities and assets
We shall comply with National Acts and
Regulations.
Our main principles, responsibilities and
commitments are set out in Total Group HSEQ
Charter, Total Group E&P HSE Policy and further
in Total E&P Norge AS Management System.
As a responsible and conscientious company,
We will work as an integral part of the
Norwegian society to achieve continuous
improvement and sustainability in respect
to HSE, quality and reliability.
We consider a high standard of HSE
performance by everyone who works for
or with us, as critical to the success of our
business. Accordingly we expect our suppliers
and partners to share our values and goals.
Develop ambitious, measurable HSE
objectives and key performance indicators
as a means of measuring and improving our
performance.
Perform appropriate HSE assessments in
order to identify, minimize and manage the risks
to personnel, the environment and assets.
Plan and supervise the execution of all our
activities taking due account of HSE aspects.
Favour the selection of industrial and business
partners on the basis of their ability to comply
with our HSE policy.
Commit ourselves to an open, honest and
long-term dialogue with our stakeholders.
I trust that all employees will familiarize themselves with the content of our policy and work
accordingly, enabling us to reach our objectives
within health, safety and environment.

Helse-, miljø- og sikkerhetspolicy
For å nå vår standard skal vi:
Total-gruppen og Total E&P Norge AS
har en kompromissløs holdning til
helse, miljø, sikkerhet og kvalitet.
Vi skal ivareta disse områdene

Opprettholde et sterkt, synlig og støttende
engasjement fra ledelsen i alle HMS-saker.
Opprettholde en kultur hvor hver enkelt er bevisst sitt ansvar i HMS-saker og handler
i samsvar med våre “Golden Rules”.
Utvikle ambisiøse, målbare HMS-mål og
ytelsesindikatorer som et redskap for å måle
og forbedre vår virksomhet.
Vi skal følge nasjonale lover og forskrifter.
Utføre hensiktsmessige HMS-vurderinger for
å identifisere, minimalisere og styre risikoen for
personell, miljø, produksjonsanlegg og verdier.
Våre hovedprinsipper, vårt ansvar and våre forpliktelser er nedfelt i Total Group HSEQ Charter
og Total Group E&P HSE Policy, samt i Total E&P
Norge AS Management System.
Planlegge og styre utførelsen av alle våre
aktiviteter med vektlegging på HMS.
Vi er et ansvarlig og samvittighetsfullt
selskap og:
Vi vil arbeide som en integrert del av det
norske samfunnet for å oppnå kontinuerlig
forbedring og en bærekraftig utvikling med
hensyn til HMS, kvalitet og pålitelighet.
