Oleinitec invites you to our 14th Nordic Rheology Course. As previous
times we focus on applications i.e. “Rheology in the real world” of industry.

- WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Are you using a rheometer or evaluating rheological data for industrial applications?
Are you struggling with rheological problems? Are you the “lonely star” in your
lab with no one to discuss rheology data and methods with? Did you look through
rheology reference literature, without finding the key essentials for you? If “Yes” to
any of above, this course is for you! You are among many others with “unique”
rheological problems. Here is an excellent opportunity to learn more about e.g.:
Flow ability, process ability, “Yield point”, Structure recovery, Storage
stability, gel strength, curing, polymer processing, polymer characterisation
levelling, sagging, misting and more…
The course is open for everyone who needs to update the theory as well as
understanding application possibilities by optimising your methods. As an extra
bonus you will meet rheological authorities as well as discussion partners for
your rheological applications and queries.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Conference & Spa hotel
Ystad Saltsjöbad is situated directly on the coast shore of the Baltic Sea and
has been a classic meeting place in south of Sweden since 1897. It has evolved
from a traditional “bath hotel” to a fully modern conference facility with full
SPA-facilities. The hotel is newly renovated with spectacular settings and
decorations. This hotel also hosts Restaurant facilities with ambitious menus.
SPA Facilities
Access to the SPA facilities is included in your conference fee and both bathrobe
and slippers will be available in your room, SPA opens at 9 am. You have the
possibility to also enjoy SPA-treatments at your own expense whenever the
programme makes is possible. To add special SPA-treatments, please book in
good time at www.ysb.se. Gym is open around the clock. Good walking and
jogging tracks along the Ocean.
SPA access free of chare with 20% discount on SPA-treatments for conference guests.

Ystad Saltsjöbad SPA Hotel is situated 50 min southeast of Malmö by direct train. From Ystad
train station it is 5 min. by taxi to the actual hotel.

There is a limited amounts of seats for the Basic Rheology Course, we would therefore
advice you to register promptly to ensure your participation. The registration form
can be sent by email or fax (see below), one participant per registration.

Course participation incl. 2 hotel nights from Monday to Wednesday in single
room with full accommodation (se course programme) and course
documentation.
Course start: Monday 22nd of April at 13.00 (optional start at 11.00)
Course end: Wednesday 24th of April noon incl. lunch
