Regional Sales Manager: Laser sales/försäljning och marknadsföring av Laser

Cobolt is expanding its sales and business development team with an additional technical sales
professional as Regional Sales Manager. Cobolt develops, manufactures and markets compact high
performance lasers used in bioinstrumentation, analytical chemistry, particle analysis, semiconductor
metrology and gas sensing. The company supply lasers to major instrument manufacturers as well as
leading research labs world-wide. Cobolt is a privately held company, established in 2000 as a spin-off
from the Royal Institute of Technology. The company is experiencing strong growth and has delivered
several years of consistent profitability.
Our new member will join a growing sales and marketing team of professionals, dedicated to build
long term customer relationships by providing knowledgeable technical support and delivering
exceptional customer service. As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for supporting and
developing selected OEM business opportunities and important research institutes both domestically
and internationally through our established distributor network.

Cobolt utökar sitt sälj- och affärsutvecklingsteam med ytterligare en teknisk säljkapacitet som
Regional Sales Manager. Cobolt utvecklar, tillverkar och marknadsför kompakta
högpresterande lasrar som används i bioinstrumentering, analytisk kemi, partikelanalys,
halvledare, metrologi och gasmätning. Företaget levererar lasrar till såväl ledande tillverkare
av analytiska instrument som till de mest framstående forskningslaboratorierna runt om i
världen. Cobolt är ett privatägt företag grundat 2000 som en spin-off från KTH. Företaget är i
stark tillväxt och har levererat flera år av uthållig lönsamhet.
Vår nya medarbetare kommer att ingå i ett växande sälj- och marknadsföringsteam som med
stort engagemang bygger långsiktiga kundrelationer baserat på kompetent teknisk support och
exceptionell kundservice. Som Regional Sales Manager kommer du att genom vårt etablerade
nätverk av distributörer, ansvara för att driva och utveckla små och stora OEM-affärer och ge
tekniskt stöd till viktiga forskningsinstitutioner både nationellt och internationellt.

Job Description and Responsibilities
 Support distributors with technical product information and sales tactics to aid their sales
opportunities
 Monitor and report on sales in your designated regions and territories
 Develop relationships with OEM customers through our distributors



Identify new business opportunities
Provide input for sales forecasts and contribute to general sales strategies
Attend trade shows and travel to customers as required. International travel is expected
Qualifications
 Proven technical sales experience (2-5 years)
 Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
 Goal oriented, competitive and tenacious
 Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
 Ability and inclination to be empathetic, responsive and resourceful in solving customer problems
 Experience in sales or product management of lasers strongly preferred
 Positive, optimistic attitude and professional appearance
