PRODUCTION FACILITIES
1,000 SQM plant incorporating assembly lines, QA, warehouse and ultrasonic testing
areas. Main facilities: three 10-meter ultrasonic shooting ranges; 25,000 liter
environmental tank; two pipe-linked 2,500 liter tanks for dynamic testing. Plant is
internationally approved and audited by ISO 9001:2000, FM, ATEX and IECEx (Eu and Int’l
standards for equipment used in explosive atmosphere).

A two-component solution architecture
GAUGER GSM
Non contact ultrasonic level sensor integrated with GSM cellular communication modem.
One sensor per tank.
GAUGER NET
Web monitoring server presenting graphs, charts, maps and alerts for each of the sites and
also for the whole project. Offered as managed service.
OR Open interfaces to third party SCADA or monitoring software including air-interface
and MySQL database interface.
