• Five layer hierarchical innovation model: - Knowledge Centres -Nodal Agencies-- Centres of Excellence --, Sectoral Innovation
Council (SIC) -- National Innovation Council (NIC).

at Knowledge Centres, reverse engineering labs at Nodal Agencies
