History
Production association “Karpaty” was grounded in 1977 as an enterprise
of military-industrial complex for the release of specific equipment on
demands of the Ministry of Defense of the former USSR. Total
production square constitutes 83 398 sq. m (including the square of the
main production constructions – 31 027 sq. m, additional – 52 371 sq.
m). With the purpose of enterprise restructure for the release of national
consumption goods, the complete overhaul and reconstruction of
production premises was carried out during the last years.
Preparation of production squares for placement of new production is
not stopped.
Since 2007 the release of commodity output has been renewing from
24 shop workers. For the time being more than 750 employees are
working at the enterprise. In plans – to increase the quantity of
employees to 1,5 thousand persons till 2013.
A series of new goods was developed, among which the first place is
occupied by cable-conductor production for such famous automobile
brands like Skoda, VW, Porsche as well as electronic components
(theses).
Scopes of industrial production increased in comparison with the
previous years, above 90% of production is realized for export.
History
Owing to steady sticking to delivery terms and high quality, range of products exported by the enterprise to
foreign partners is expanding continuously. The enterprise’s financial position is stable, salary (fund – above 2
million hrn.) and taxes to the budgets of all levels are paid in time and full amount.
Significant attention is paid to high culture and quality of production. In 2008 the cable-conductor production
was attested due to the international system of quality EN ISO 9001:2000. According to the audit results, the
enterprise confirms sticking to the standards of this system with “excellent” mark every year.
According to the euro audit results 2011, the enterprise is planning to work with the famous firm “Mercedes”.
After project launch, the quantity of employees will increase on 500 workers.
In 2009 the documentation was prepared and production of solid fuel boilers with energy efficient technologies
was mastered, industrial model of double-pressure heliocentric system of warm water supply was produced,
what is especially topical for implementation of energy efficient programs in Ukraine. Production of metalplastic constructions, cabinet furniture and forged products is mastered. New work places are created
additionally in the result.
Since 2010 the enterprise conducts research works and works on the usage of high-powered light-emitting
diodes in lamps for road lighting, public and production premises, emergency lighting in housing and
communal service and territories in countryside. The works are being conducted with involvement of the
specialists from Kyiv scientific research institute of innovative technologies and energy efficiency in energetics.
Works on modernization of labor mechanization means in rural economy, products for active rest and bicycle
touring are recommenced. Scope of providing services to enterprises and population is growing.
Social infrastructure is preserved at the enterprise. First-aid post, café and dining room are working for
employees’ needs. Administration is collaborating actively with trade-union committee in health improvement
and organization of rest of the enterprise’s employees and their children.
