Citadel Commerce application. Merchants use this application to collect the amount from
their consumers. This application acts as the mediator between the consumer and the

has to create his or her own wallet in the application through which the transfer of fund
occurs.

updates the database. This application allows the citadel to validate the consumer
account, verify the fund availability in the consumer account, and then facilitate the
transaction done by the merchant.
