- With the upcoming implementation of EC 1071/2009 the training centers
are not planning to make or will maybe make changes to the training,
the periodic training, the diploma, the examination, the cours materials,
the instructors and the pricing.
- IMPORTANT REMARK: many training centers are waiting with changes
until their national authorities have made propositions for the
implementation. Many national authorities, for example Belgium, are
preparing new legislation.

9. CONCLUSION
- The criterias for the obtention of a CPC Manager vary a lot
between the different countries. This is also applicable
within the EU member states. It seems that despite a new
regulation the differences will remain. “Tourism” is however
going to be banned.
- These are the following changes proposed:
•
•
•
•
•
training: number of hours, course content review and update
Examination: review exam types and make it more difficult
Course materials: review and update course materials
Instructors: updates in training and upskilling
Pricing is likely to increase
