PASSION FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
 I have been always passionate for the hospitality industry because of its
diversity, beauty, human touch and all sorts of excitement.
 I’m particularly interested in hotel development and investment. Therefore I
took relevant courses at school and completed different internships in
various sectors of hospitality industry .
 With the passion for the industry and Accor group, I officially joined the
development department of Accor Asia Pacific in Singapore as Business
Analyst in April 2011. This is exactly where I started my very first internship
in 2008.
After several years of continuous learning, I finally made my way back to
Accor in 2011 with more knowledge, experiences and profound passion!

CAREER DEBUT
 Since joining Accor in April 2011, I have been part of the most exciting
projects and witnessed the fast growth of Accor hotel network in Asia
Pacific.
 My position is responsible for providing support in preparing 5 years
development and business plans, managing current and new investment
across Asia-Pacific and reviewing potential acquisition opportunities.
 I also support Southeast Asia development team in preparing feasibility
studies for new projects.
 In my role, I manage to deliver work with accuracy & desired quality
despite time constrains and to prioritize projects by balancing the
importance and urgency.

CAREER DEBUT - Examples
 Thanks to my financial skills, I improved Accor’s financial model for
evaluating hotel development and/or investment opportunities so that the
whole region can refer to this template when they need to consider
investments.
 In order to progress together with the market demand, I also helped
design the feasibility analysis model for “combo ” hotel projects.
 As cost overrun is a big issue in India, I set up a project cost tracking
system together with finance and technical & construction team. It has
greatly strengthened Accor’s ability to monitor and optimize its
investments in India.

CAREER DEBUT - Examples
 I participated in setting up the Joint Venture Barque Hotels Private
Limited (“Barque”), which is now held 60% by SAMHI and 40% by Accor.
 In this deal, I mainly worked on the financial analysis & valuation, due diligence
and documents drafting.
 Currently, Barque is developing a portfolio of 17 low-budget economy hotels (4
already operational) with planned room inventory of around 2000 across
various cities in India operated by Accor under its global “Formule 1” brand.
 By working on various projects, I developed analytical skills, fast-learning
ability and time & stress management skills. Those skills and abilities
allow me to work efficiently and effectively in various situations with
multinational teams.

FUTURE OBJECTIVES
 I’m working hard to become a good hotel developer and help grow
Accor’s network across the Asia Pacific region.
 In the future, I hope to be able to handle hotel investment and
development projects independently.
 I’m eager to continue being part of Accor’s success!
