 Customized high school experience to fit with career
interests in a specific economic sector
Two year – 4 semester program
Open to any interested Gr. 11 or Gr. 12 student

Construction
 Based on a system-wide program, Building Careers
from the Ground Up, and a pre-apprenticeship
carpentry program
 Industry recognized EARAT testing
 Participate in training and certification relevant to the
construction sector
 Work experience with various trades including the
construction of a house, with a full compliment of tools
– Habitat for Humanity
