with baker background or experience in commercial food preparation will have an advantage.

•Be prepared to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The hours
may be irregular.

Technical Production and Processing: Knowledge of handling frozen dough. Memorize all
processes and procedures of production of every product according to Rotiboy standard
operating procedure
Machinery knowledge: Determine the tools and equipment needed to do a job.
Food critic: Inspect and evaluate the quality of products.
High productivity: Multitasking in kitchen work. (Carry out other task while waiting for baking,
etc)
