PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Gaurav holds a law degree from prestigious ILS Law College, Pune and
has done a Summer Program on Corporate Finance and Strategy, from
London School of Economic & Finance.
While working with tier 1 law firms of the country, Gaurav has over 7
years of diversified experience in corporate laws.
Gaurav has represented and advised large business houses, multinational corporations, banks and financial institutions including Fortune
500 companies.
Transactional Experience
Advising on all aspects of an acquisition, including advising on term
sheet (or head of terms), due diligences, providing structuring advice for
a transaction, preparing documentation in relation to acquisition/sale of
business, controlling interest, borrowings, negotiation and
implementation of the documentation and assisting foreign counsel on
Indian laws.
