Review strategy
• Much deeper involvement/closer collaboration with SU’s
Office of Admissions in review of applications for Fall
2012. Intentional strategy to improve quality of firstyear class.
• Resulted in slightly smaller/higher quality first-year class
• Extra attention to high school math/science preparation
• Learned a great deal through the process; resulting in
enhancements to overall review, including looking at
ACT Math sub-scores in application review
