Didactic Sessions
• Didactic Sessions begin at 09:00 hrs
• Information is covered to ensure a specified level of
understanding (based on NOCP)
• Must achieve > 80 % on all written examinations
• Information is based on the following texts:

Lab Sessions
• Begin 09:00 hrs
• Operated by Lab Facilitator
or Instructor
• Skills list based on NOCP
• Must perform each skill
successfully
• Maximum of 4 attempts
• Scenarios list based on
NOCP
• Will perform with a partner
• Must complete all scenarios
successfully
• Maximum of 2 attempts
Provincial Reciprocity Attainment Program
Clinical Sessions
• Begin according to preceptor’s schedule
• Your time will be scheduled by MSOP
Clinical Coordinator
• Must submit a schedule for the following 2
months identifying days available
• Hospital Clinical Rotations
– 24 hours
• Ambulance Clinical Rotation
– 42 hrs
– And at least 20 patient contacts

Attendance
• Due to time restraints attendance is mandatory in all aspects of
the program.
• Lack of attendance to any portion of the program will result in
an incomplete grade resulting in failure from the program.
