Purpose of DVR’s:

verify the information sent to Ministry

double check all graduation requirements met

student’s responsibility to make sure the information on his/her DVR
is accurate and to ensure missing requirements are being addressed

Students will review their official DVR in Planning 12


(sign up sheet – 1 week)

DL school sends grade to Ministry

IDEALLY - complete DL courses by March/early April
so the DL schools can submit grades

course must be at least 50% complete by end of
March/early April for a submission of the mark to the
Ministry (there are exceptions- double check)

FOR UBC…
– If you wish to use your Distributed Learning
(online) course in the calculation of your
competitive admission average, the course
must be 100% complete by February 1, 2015.
- Online courses that are being used to meet
prerequisites, ( for example, French 11), can be
completed by June 30, 2015
