SimPad Technology


The Patented SimPad packaging product is manufactured
with 100% recycled high density expanded polystyrene beads
that are encapsulated in a high strength plastic film.
The SimPad is then placed under a vacuum and sealed. The
result is a SimPad that is rigid enough to ship in a flat shape
and flexible enough to conform around an object, yet
maintain the shape of that object.
SimPad Features:

Come in a variety of colors and can be custom
printed for logos or other marketing.
Antistatic; a ready solution for electronics.
Deliver the cushion curves of much more expensive
packs.
SimPad Parameters:







6” X 10” Smallest.
24” x 45” Largest.
Available thicknesses range from .75” to 3” for most length
and width combinations.
SimPads can be made to almost any size between the above
specifications.
SimPads can be scored multiple times in either direction for
folding.
Film gauges available from 3 to 14 mil.
Custom colors and logos available on most orders.
