use of steam cured fly ash bricks in construction

 Uniform Shape & Size
The volume of bricks is @ 30-35% more than ordinary clay bricks. As a
result the number of joints reduces considerably. This saves in cost of
mortar.
These bricks are machine made. There is no variation in size of the
bricks. The brick wall made is plumb on both the sides. The thickness
of plaster can be reduced substantially.
Compound Walls without plaster can be
constructed using various bonds. These can be
aesthetically very appealing and cost effective too.
Finishes such as Gypsum Plaster and POP can be
directly applied to the surface of the wall.
Even Kitchen Dado Tiles can be directly pasted on
to the brick surface.
 High Strength
High strength of these bricks reduces the wastage in
bricks.
These bricks are also suitable for load bearing
structures
 Low water Absorption
The rain water will not seep into the internal wall
surfaces. No dampness is seen.
These bricks do not require soaking in water before
use. Nominal sprinkling of water just before use is
enough.
 Steam Cured
Our manufacturing process involves steam curing method.
As such the shrinkage cracks in walls are reduced.
The bricks are manufactured throughout the year, even during
the monsoons.
The manufacturing process is faster. The bricks are ready for
despatch within 12 hours of manufacture.
The quality of bricks is consistent and much superior to water
cured fly ash bricks
 Will the Plaster Stick?
Yes and with our guarantee. The minute pores in the
bricks are enough for plaster particles to form a good
bond with the brick surface.
 What about electrical and plumbing conduits?
The cutters used for cutting on brick surfaces works as
well on these bricks. In fact, when the chisel is used
after the cutter, there is absolutely no further widening
of the cut surface. The conduiting remains a very clean
affair.
 Will my house be more warm?
NO.
The thermal properties of these bricks is comparable
to normal clay bricks. Moreover for most of our
constructions, the main source of heat gain or loss are
the windows. The walling material plays only a
nominal role.
 What about drilling holes?
We strongly recommend use of drilling machines for
putting nails, etc. Direct nailing will chip off the
plaster making the wall look uglier.
THESE BRICKS AVOID:

Use of best quality agricultural soil to make clay bricks.

Kilning process required for clay bricks.

Our bricks are manufactured using the latest
technology, using industrial wastes which would
otherwise be land filled.
