closer to home
to devise measurable outcomes which
contribute valid, credible and empirical evidence
to inform knowledge and understanding about
planning and development of a motivated, fit for
purpose workforce

quality care which enables seamless
transfer between care settings and

care, the third sector, service users and
carers at local PCT level and is transferable
