RESEARCH INSTITUTE
OF FINANCIAL LAW
 Research Institute of Financial Law – Unique scientific institution,
the only Institute in the Commonwealth of Independent States, the
profile of which is to study the problems of Financial Law.
 Institute was established by the Order № 303 of the Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine.
 This scientific institution is a structural part of the National University of
State Tax Service of Ukraine. Institute is subordinated to the Ministry of
Revenues and Duties of Ukraine, and to the Academy of Legal
Sciences regarding the scientific and methodological work.
Staff of the Institute combines deep knowledge of
internationally recognized scientists, and talent,
ambition and forward thinking of young scientists.
Among the Institute staff there are 2 academicians, 9
doctors and 11 candidates of science.
Much of the staff has practical experience in institutions
of legislative, executive and judicial powers, as well as in
business organizations.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS:
 successfully completed more than 20 applied research projects
commissioned by the central authorities;
 over 60 monographs, textbooks, reference books, scientific and practical
comments were published;
 more than 50 research and communication activities were organized and
held, which resulted in recommendations adopted and digests of
scientific works published;
 Research and practice journal - “Finansove Pravo” (Financial Law), ISSN
2305-2031, founded by the Research Institute of Financial Law, belongs
to list of professional publications in Ukraine.
Institute staff carried out legislative and regulatory work, providing consulting and
expert opinions on errands of such Ukrainian authorities:
President of Ukraine;
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
Ministry of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine;
Ministry of Finance;
Ministry of Social Policy;
Ministry of Health;
Сommittees of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship;
Lawmaking Center for support of the President of Ukraine;
Supreme Court of Ukraine;
