any amendments customer makes to fault details after they
have been submitted (currently only visible internally).

• In case there is a shortfall on the first exchange an option

will be provided via an alternate exchange.

available.

prevent CRDs being set inappropriately such as on weekends or holidays,
ie when we are unlikely to be able to honour the date
• To extend the maximum radial distance of an EAD for all variants: 10M,
100M and 1G from 25/35km to 45km

Please note that if the exchange shows only ‘Standard’
this means the exchange falls beyond 25Km from the
site (extended reach) which means ’10Mbit/s’ and
‘100Mbit/s’ will not be supported.
