Eggs of a Painted Lady Butterfly last for 3-5 days.
Eggs are the first stage of their life cycle.
Eggs are laid on a certain type of leaf.

• The larva can last 5-10 days
• The larva eats lots of food
Stage Three Pupa
• The pupa lasts 7-10 days
• Inside the pupa it is doing metamorphosis
• They hang them selves upside down
Stage four Adult
