Objective :
educational activities aimed at

professional athletes and the
youth.
Tasks:
1. Anti-doping activities by the current schemes.
2. To develop educational programs aimed at
preventing the use of doping in sport.
3. Implementation of developed educational
programs aimed at preventing the use of doping
in sport.
4. Increasing the negative attitude of the
population of the Russian Federation to the use
of doping in sport.
Target groups:
1. Sport of highest achievements – athletes and
coaches, trainers, managers, agents, team staff,
official, medical or para-medical personnel involved
in the athletes treatment and their training or
competitions..
2. Sport education - schoolchildren of sport schools,
students of sports universities and teachers of
sport educational institutions.
3. Young people engaged in sports - universities and
students of non-core universities.
4. People interested in sport - people of different ages
and social strata.

Anti-doping work in the field of education of the Ministry of
Sport, Tourism and Youth's Policy of the Russian Federation

The introduction in the federal state educational standard of general
education (secondary schools) of a section on prevention of doping in
mass sport is being implemented with the Ministry of Education and
Science of the Russian Federation.
Section on prevention of doping in mass sport is introduced in the
curriculum of physical education for non-core universities is being
implemented with the Ministry of Education and Science of the
Russian Federation.
The section on the fight against doping in sport was included to
developing educational training programs for sports schools under
the leadership of Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth's Policy of the
Russian Federation.
An appeal to appropriate educational authorities of physical culture
and sports for taking recommendation to teaching in sport
universities the section dedicated to the fight against doping in sport
was scheduled .
Educational materials on the Anti-Doping Education
1. For secondary schools a curriculum and handbook for the twohour anti-doping conversation with schoolchildren of 8-9 classes
is beeng developed.
2. A training plan and a guide for anti-doping conversations with
students of non-core universities are being in the stage of
developing.
3. A modular program for anti-doping education for different stages
of sport training (according to the age) is in the process of
developing. Materials such programs will be developed for
trainers and students.
4. Materials on Anti-Doping Education for lecture course for
Bachelors and Masters of sports universities are beeng preparing.
5. A decision was accepted to start a elaboration of training
materials on anti-doping topic for advanced training courses for
teachers of sports institutions.
Program to strengthen the negative attitudes of the
population of the Russian Federation to the use of doping in
sport
1. The web-site of Non-Profit Partnership NADO “RUSADA”.
2. The section about Anti-Doping Ensuring on the website
of the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth's Policy of
the Russian Federation.
3. The creation of a series of sport television programming.
In the programms the problem of sport free from doping
will be consider.
4. The working out of a periodical publication about the
fight against doping in sport.
5. A number of conferences devoted to doping in sport and
measures to prevent its use.
Anti-doping educational work of Russian Sport Federations,

1. The work at looking through the basic anti-doping
documents.
2. The including of anti-doping section in the structure of
web-sites of Russian Sport federations.
3. A meetings with representatives of sports educational
institutions with a detailed analysis of each specific
case of violation of anti-doping rules.
4. The anti-doping seminars on the major sports events in
Russian Federation.
Planned activity:
• the introdaction of materials on activities aimed at combating
doping in sport in popular media for young people;
• showing a video on anti-doping propaganda in the frame of large
sport events for young;
• creation and distribution of the periodical anti-doping publication;
• development of short films about the fight against doping in sport in
the Russian Federation and about the danger of doping;
• creation series of TV programs “sport free from doping”, a
documentary about doping, a series of talk shows on doping, a series
of interviews with Russian specialists who are in charge of antidoping work and with well noun sport piople, a series of
informational and analytical stories about doping in sport and antidoping measures in Russia;
• development and spreading of anti-doping flash game.
