Bullying is when someone keeps doing or
saying things to have power over
another person.
.
A person who is being bullied may:
• Find it hard to join in with friends or make
friends
• Be taken advantage of or teased by others
• Show some helplessness or be
easily upset
• Be timid, shy or different in some
way
What can you do if you are being
bullied?
• Don’t let the bully see that you are upset or crying.
• Don’t get angry with the bully and hit them.
You can try to stop the bully by:
• Ignore the bully and walk away
• Tell someone you trust
Don't worry if people think you are running away.
Remember, it is very hard for the bully to go on bullying
