Witch’s Spider Soup
On a spooky night, a witch was flying
on her broom. She felt hungry.
The old witch wanted to make spider soup. She
needed to collect the ingredients.
The witch says, “I look and look here and there. I
look and look everywhere! Will I find what I seek?
Why don’t you just take a peek?”
First, the witch put pumpkins in her
pot.
The witch says, “I look and look here and there. I
look and look everywhere! Will I find what I seek?
Why don’t you just take a peek?”
Second, the witch put rocks in her
pot.
The witch says, “I look and look here and there. I
look and look everywhere! Will I find what I seek?
Why don’t you just take a peek?”
Third, the witch put leaves in her
pot.
The witch says, “I look and look here and there. I
look and look everywhere! Will I find what I seek?
Why don’t you just take a peek?”
Fourth, the witch puts the sticks in
her pot.
The witch says, “I look and look here and there. I
look and look everywhere! Will I find what I seek?
Why don’t you just take a peek?”
Fifth, the witch puts the snake in
the pot.
The witch says, “I look and look here and there. I
look and look everywhere! Will I find what I seek?
Why don’t you just take a peek?”
Finally, the witch puts the spider in
her pot.
All the ingredients are in the pot.
The witch stirs the ingredients with
her spoon.
The witch said this spell, “Shake, shake the
pot right now. Peek inside…it is allowed!”
The witch said, “The soup is done! Grab a spoon.
Let’s eat Spider Soup under the moon!”
