react to the gospel of Christ
 Seals 5 and 6 are judgment turned on those
who are giving God’s people a hard time.

Three Guiding Principles
 1. 3: 21 The seals tell us how the saints
overcome just as Jesus overcame.
 2. the first 4 have to do with judgments upon
God’s people in order to win them back to
obedience to the covenant. The last 3 are
judgments upon their oppressors
 3. We are following the sermon Jesus gave
on the end of the world.
