VMM Approval Process
Submitter
A person either directly
or indirectly employed
by a Member institution
who is granted access
to VMM to create and
view data under that
Member’s Business ID.

Processor Submitter
A person who is not
employed by a Member
institution but acts as an
Agent working on behalf
of the institution. A
Processor Submitter is
granted access to VMM
to create requests on
behalf of a Member
institution.
Visa Confidential
Officer
A person who is
employed by a Member
institution who holds a
senior administrative title
(i.e. CEO, President,
etc.) and has been
granted authority to
approve/reject contracts
on behalf of the
organization.
Visa
Visa reviews the case
information. When
the case is approved,
the case is
completed, and the
information is
committed to Visa’s
database.

within two days of submitting the VOL
enrollment form.

– The first time you access VMM, you will be
prompted to register (unless pre-registered
by Visa).
– You should receive a confirmation e-mail
within 24 hours of submitting your
registration. At that time, you can begin
working in VMM.
