COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is an introductory course on public
administration. Understanding the principles of
public administration are the importance
pillars of this course. Among others first, It
focuses on the definition, significance and
roles of public administration. Second, The
difference between public and private
administration. Third, theory, history and the
structural arrangement of PA. Fourth,
understanding on the principles of public
policy, personnel administration and financial
administration. And finally, the issues and
challenges.
