Q. What purchases can be made with my VPSI ConnectCard?
A. You can pay for fuel, washes, tolls and parking wherever Mastercard is
accepted and the correct MCC codes are used by the fueling station.
Q. I forgot my username/password.
A. Please contact VPSI ConnectCard Department at 1-800-223-8774 ext. 3509.
Q. I am unable to see the menu options on the Wright Express website.
A. Changing the social security number locks you out of your account,
making these options unavailable for view. Please contact VPSI
ConnectCard Department for assistance.

Q. When does my fuel allowance reset?
A. The fuel allowance resets on the 29th of the month. If the 29th of the month
falls on a weekend or holiday, it will reset the 2nd business day following
the 29th.
Q. Why was my fueling transaction declined?
A. There could be many reasons why your transaction declined. You may
review the declined reason by visiting Card Management/Recent Activity
and clicking on the magnifying glass to view the decline reason.
Q. Can I pay for my fuel purchases inside the service station?
A. All fueling transactions must be swiped at the pump. Attempting to
purchase fuel inside the service station may cause the transaction to be
declined due to MCC coding.
