INDIVIDUAL E-MAIL INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

will be sent on Monday,10/6 with reminders each Monday
during the survey
PASSWORDS will be used for the first time:
(2-digit birth day +2-digit birth year + 9-digit ID)

shown in EDB or from recent requests

Managers & HR to remind staff to complete the survey
and to underscore the value of staff opinions
