CAP 2010
We need to assess how compatible we are:
1
• Initially, we will conduct the Current System Review
• This will give both parties confidence that your requirements and our proposed systems are
compatible
The CAP 2010 approach is based on:
2
• 2 Well designed and developed software systems:
• X@ctAccounts
• CIS_Pay
• Industry proven expertise gained by working at all levels for the following Blue Chip companies
such as AVIVA, AEGON, Prudential as well as UK construction companies over the last 25
years
The key to success is our ability to work alongside our customers to:
3
• Achieve a smooth transition from your current systems both manual and computerised
• A thorough implementation of CAP 2010
• A thorough handover to a well-trained operational team
Assuming compatibility (1) we will deliver a solution that is right for you

CAP 2010
Data Migration:
1
• 1st Stage is to map the data from your existing system(s) onto CAP 2010
• 2nd Stage is to use our data utilities to transfer the data into CAP 2010
Manual Data Entry:
2
• In some cases automatic migration of data may not be possible due to the knowledge needed of
your current systems and indeed access to the relevant data items
• Manual data entry may be required to set up new accounts etc on CAP 2010
Semi-Automatic Data Transfer
3
• In some cases we may have to use a combination of 1 & 2 above
• Additionally, we may use an interim step such as spread sheets or another common data format
Data Reconciliation
4
• In order to prove that data has been transferred successfully we have to prove the quality of the
data migration
• This will include data sampling, hash totals, line counts etc

CAP 2010
The CAP 2010 approach works:
1
• The CAP 2010 approach has been proven to work both in terms of IT and Process
Every company is unique:
2
• However, every company is unique and works differently in some areas
• The main purpose of the Systems Review is to drive out these differences
• Assuming these differences are not serious and fundamental then 3 becomes all important
The working relationship:
3
• The CAP 2010 approach challenges the way in which we process data
• The key to a successful installation is an open and productive working relationship
Given the above criteria then we will jointly succeed
