Will there be any unexpected Surprises?

As part of my quality assurance process, a considerable amount of time is taken studying all documentation.

This is a vital step to minimise any unforeseen “surprises” prior to construction.

On occasion, there might be some discrepancies or unclear detail that might require attention. In these cases, I suggest solutions and work with the client towards implementing them.
