 To create clearer workflows to improve end to end working
 So we can continue to simplify and speed up delivery to customers
When?
 From 2 Nov 2012 - Operate and BTID will report to Clive Selley
 By 1 Jan 2013 - optimal structure for new unit defined and set up

By early December – next level of the structure and appointments announced
By end December – everyone will know where they fit in the new organisation, most of the
organisation will move in its current state with people performing their current activities
By 1 January 2013 – new BT Technology, Service and Operations unit will be up and running
