Ask and direct individuals to the correct side of the floor (Exhibitor/Trade Show
Only or Registration) on Wednesday/Thursday & Friday
Remember Exhibitors will go to the 800 level on Tuesday Jan 31st
Need to respond to queries, have an understanding of what’s going on during
your shift so that you can direct individuals to the various levels (can be found in
the mini map)

Often delegates will approach the tote bag counters to ask general questions
In fact it’s important for all dream team volunteers to have general knowledge of
what’s going on during their shift to respond to questions.
Dream Team Volunteer
Responsibilities
Sign in each day in the conference office 801B to receive
coupons for meals for the MTCC food court in the trade show area.
This applies every day. If you have no shifts that day let them know.
Arrive 10 minutes before your shift A simple breakfast will be set
up each morning for the 6:00 a.m. shift. Please at least be on time.
Sign in each shift with me. I will then assign your role for the shift.
Sign out at the end of the shift(s).
I will schedule our photo op on Friday morning probably
around 7:00 a.m when I can get our photographer Robin. If you
would like to be in the picture, wear your shirt and come on by.
