Introduction



“If – Then” statements are common in the Bible!
It is a statement that proves if something happens then some
consequence will follow, a truth is established, or an action
required
Examples:




If Jim lives in California, then he lives West of the capitol of the US.
If Jim passes the exam, then he will graduate!
Such statements teach many truths in the scriptures and used
by Jesus and the Apostles.
We will study some “if-then” statements in the Bible in this
lesson!

Genesis 13:1-9

Vs. 9 – “Is not the whole land before you?
Please separate from me. If you take the left,
then I will go to the right; or, if you go to the
right, then I will go to the left” (NKJV).




Abram gave Lot the first choice of the land!

unintentionally in regard to the holy things of
the LORD, then he shall bring to the LORD
