- Based on the job specification of the position, screening is done
- Verification of facts with the candidates
- Shortlisted CV’s are forwarded to the FH/respective Superior who is
handling the position.

- FH on receiving the CV, does a short listing and ranks according to
priority.
- The short listed CV is then taken forward for interview processing.

Stage 2: Interview

For “Junior Management Level”
- 2 rounds of interview.
- Initial round of interview with Respective department Superior & HR Rep.
- Shortlisted candidate is taken forward for Final interview with FH after
completing assessment.

For “Middle Management Level”
- 2 rounds of interview.
- Initial round of interview with Respective department Superior & HR Rep.
- Shortlisted candidate is taken forward for Final interview with FH after
completing assessment.

For “Senior Management Level”
- 3 rounds of interview.
- Initial round of interview with Respective department Superior & HR Rep.
- Shortlisted candidate is taken forward for an interview with FH after completing
assessment.
- On FH shortlisting, the candidate meets the respective Business Head –
RV/TDM/CKR for final interview.
In the initial interview stage, the interview panel checks the fitment of the candidate and the job matching. At
this stage, the panel checks on the candidates technical and behavioral competencies, salary fitment and on
finding his suitability they shortlist the candidate.
Stage 3: Assessment

For Front Line Sales
Aptitude Test: On paper and pen
•
For TSO
Etiquette Test : Online test. Based on the scores the candidates profile is
taken forward for final interview.

For Managers
ECHO : Psychometric test to analyse candidates response to work
environment, sociability, relationship to hierarchy, working under stress,
JOB MATCH : The ECHO report is then compared with the job
specification based on Cavinkare’s competencies. His/her competencies
are matched on the areas of Work, relationship, management, motivation.
Stage 4: Final Interview

Junior Management
For Junior level (Eg: TSO), after the assessment the Regional Head meets
the candidate and finalizes the candidate.

Middle Management
For Middle management (Asst Mgr – Manager Level) after the assessment
test, the FH meets the candidate and finalizes the candidate.

Senior Management
For Senior Management (Sr. Manager and above) after the assessment test,
FH meets the candidate followed by meeting with Business Head.
For Eg: Senior Manager HR – will be finalized by CKR
General Manager Operations – will be finalized by TDM
Group Product Manager – will be finalized by RV
Stage 5: Offer


The following process are followed before an offer is
released:
Background Check – Minimum of 2 reference check
with his 2 previous employment is done.
Salary Fitment – The present CTC of the candidate is
taken (proof collected) and compared with the Internal
candidates and matched.
Offer Discussion – On fitment of salary, the same is
discussed with the candidate and briefed to him
Offer Letter Released – The offer letter is released as a
final process. Acceptance from the candidate is taken
and a copy of that goes into his personal file on joining.
