comfort level, experience collaborative and engaging online training or meeting
sessions using video, audio, multimedia, sharing and feedback tools in real time.
Outcomes:
o Join a WebEx session
o Recognize WebEx requirements to successfully join a session
o Utilize WebEx communication tools to actively engage in a session
o Explore the WebEx session from multiple mobile devices :
iPads, androids and smart phones
SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCESSFULLY PARTICIPATE IN A WebEx SESSION
o Computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection
o WebEx plug-in (Browser specific)
o WebEx app
AppStore (Apple)
PlayStore (Google)
Please note that some features are not available when using a mobile device
o VoIP, participants must have a working microphone and
speakers. Turn on speakers.
o Or office desktop phone system
o For today, participate by chat/IM
o Webcam for video sharing
JOIN WebEx SESSION
1. Go to: htpp://cpcc.webex.com.
2. Under Live Sessions find our WebEx Part 1 session and click Join.
Type your name, email and password WebEx.
3. Upon entering test audio –
**The host has muted all microphones temporarily.
4. If you do not have audio, you can participate via Chat and QA.
5. Play with chat features until all participants are present.
