CREATING DATA ENTRY BATCHES
• You need to set up a Batch before Data Entry
• Batches should reflect your program
– Use them to track work by each office or organizer
– Small time window; Weeks or Days not Months

Pick a Batch and then go into Data Entry
for that Batch
EDITING AN EXISTING BATCH
BATCH STATUS
1. Entering – New Registrations are being
added to this batch and Data Entry is in
progress
2. Completed – All forms have been entered,
proof reading or Quality Assurance is in
progress
3. Committed – Submit the list for processing
and matching
4. Processed – The Registrants have been
added to or updated in the Voter File
