Finding Solutions:
The Zero Product Rule:
“If (A)(B)(C)=0, then either A = 0, B = 0, or C = 0”
Example:
(x + 8)(x – 1)(2x – 7) = 0
x+8=0
x–1=0
2x – 7 = 0
x = -8
x=1
x = 7/2= 3.5
